Hot Jamaican Beef Jerky

Our Jamaican Jerky is made with the same care as our Original Jerky, but has a style all its own. It is made from very thinly sliced beef that is cured and smoked. Then, it is covered in a mouth watering selection of spicy Jamaican seasonings that make it quite hot, but also gives it a hint of sweetness to compliment the heat.
