We offer a 7 day Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, call us at (262) 644-5135 or email us at heldsmarket@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will then either replace the product or refund the card used in the transaction.

Shipping Policy

All of Held’s products involve lengthy processing time. Provided your item is readily in stock we will ship the item within five days. We use FedEx shipping services and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges vary based on your location. If you have a special shipping request, please call us during normal business hours.
